It is my pleasure to write in support of the exceptional job that Rock Creek did for us to enhance the beauty and safety of our home. Everyone involved at Rock Creek was professional, very knowledgeable, cooperative, flexible and friendly as well. Chris, the estimator, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with in deciding what work needed to be done and was very flexible in arranging the date and time for the conduct of the work to trim two trees that were overhanging our property and house. The crew that actually came over and trimmed the trees went over the complete job with me in advance and during the conduct of the trimming checked with me each step of the way to make sure their work met my expectations. They also removed and mulched all limbs and twigs as well as racking the entire area and used a blower to completely clean the entire area. The area was more clean than when they arrived and required no action on my part - very impressive! Rock Creek exceeded my expectations each step of the way and has my highest recommendation!

Over the last two years Rock Creek Turf workers have removed leaves from our yard, removed downed trees and helped out with other services as well. We have been very impressed with their professionalism: they show up on time and do the complete job as promised every time. The owners are accessible via e-mail and phone and respond promptly to inquiries. The owners also remain in contact with us throughout the year (via e-mail) to suggest services that we may be interested in. When I contact them they are always friendly, helpful and make reasonable recommendations. I highly recommend Rock Creek Turf based on my own experiences and the good things I am hearing about them from my neighbors as well.

Each year I add additional items which include lining fields, mowing, field repair, trash removal and countless other items in our contract and each is performed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Rock Creek Turf & Landscape for lawn mowing, landscape and tree service. We had 3 trees hit our home during a recent storm. Since Rock Creek Turf & Landscape have been taking care of my lawn for years, I called and asked for help! The owner was out of town, but came home immediately and arrived the very next morning with a large crew of men, trucks and equipment. Within a few hours the trees were trimmed down, chipped, and hauled away. It took many of my neighbor’s weeks to have their tree damage cleaned up with other companies. It is nice to have a landscape company you can rely on and that is there when you need them!!! Thanks Rock Creek!

I am delighted to share my experience with Rock Creek with other current and potential customers. I have only used this company to have a huge tree removed from my yard. This was quite an emotional experience for me. I have lived in the home for 15 years, and this "Big Boy" sat just outside the back screened porch. I was told it was over 100 years old, 120 feet tall, and I measured it at 48 inches in diameter at the base. It had provided much shade for my home and a house for birds. But when it suddenly started dying, I knew it needed to be removed. Rock Creek , and Chris Miller, answered my numerous questions about the process, techniques, and as importantly, how we could environmentally take care of the wood that was removed. My daughter wanted some specific pieces and cuts, I wanted the trunk left for the birds, and wanted the removed wood to be used. All this was arranged. The day the tree was removed was an amazing process. The workers were skilled. The yard was appropriately cleaned, with no damage to roof, porch, deck, driveway. I would highly recommend Rock Creek for this job, and the knowledge demonstrated about trees and plants would certainly encourage me to use their other services.
